If a tree falls in the forest, and there's no one around for miles, and it hits a mime, does anybody care?
Out of all the moves that actually do damage, what is the move with the lowest base power and does the least amount of damage (provided there are no type matchups, immunities, or STAB taken into account)?

You people know too much. And yes - Constrict has a whopping 10 base power. It's probably the worst move ever.

...wow. I actually didn't know about Spinda - I thought the answer was 10 but didn't know about Spinda's 60 spread.
Xdogking is going to get 3 points (his answers are all correct)...however, there is 1 more Pokemon I know of where its base stats are all the same. The person to name that gets +0.5 points...

I'm not sure how I forgot Sunkern either. Now Castform, though, I didn't know about.

I'm going to give Oyeah and Blue Thunder each half a point. However, as for the one remaining Pokemon I didn't think of, I will leave that as a bonus question worth 1 point.

[Bonus question]: Excluding Sunkern, Spinda, Castform, Phione, Glalie, Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy, Shaymin, Victini, and Arceus, what Pokemon has all of its six base stats as the same number?
I can think of exactly one, but if you can name another one besides the one I'm thinking of you'll get half a point. (1 pt)

3. Magnemite, Magneton, and Rotom Formes. 7 if you count them as different.

And the last one is snorunt.
