In Gen.4, I think its Empoleon's Sp.Attack (111).

In Gen.5, I'm guessing Haxorus' Attack (147).

I'm sure many of you are well aware that a lot of my favorite Pokemon are either Steel-type, Psychic-type, genderless, or any combination of the above - so much so that whenever I EV train Pokemon, most of them fall into that category. What is the base accuracy of Cotton Guard?

Now, when the first Unown cards in the Pokemon TCG were printed - that is, in the Neo era - not all of them got printed.

Can you name which letters DIDN'T get represented?
Or did all of them actually get printed and I'm just messing with you?

I'm going to guess "Unown !" and "Unown ?". Not sure if that's the answer you're looking for. Maybe they did leave out a few letters? Or maybe you ARE just messing with us? o_O

Unown ! and Unown ? are not legitimate answers because they didn't even exist to begin with when GSC was around.

I'm looking for Unown cards that were printed during the Neo era, yes.

The faking master comes in quickly with the correct answer! Yes, during the Neo run, all 25 letters of Unown were printed except for Unown R. 24 of them were present in the sets, and the 25th one, J, was a Black Star Promo and included when the Pokemon 3 movie was bought on VHS. (Or maybe it was DVD. I don't know if they had DVDs back then yet.)

How many Pokemon can learn the move "Rock Polish", and are not Rock-, Ground-, or Steel-type Pokemon?
And as is custom, you must name them too.

Well there's Mew who can learn all TMs.

Regigigas (hard name to spell is hard name to spell) seems like it could learn it. I dunno why; it just seems fitting.

I'm gonna randomly guess Regice, because both Regirock and Registeel can learn it.

So, I'm guessing 3: Mew, Regigigas and Regice.

Currently, the only move which has an accuracy that has a different % number value than any other move.
