In the Base to Fossil TCG sets (not counting any promos), how many cards with Pokemon Powers were released?
No, you may not look at card scans online.

Protip: I said that looking at sites for the answers is not allowed. However, if you own the cards yourself, or if you own a copy of Pokemon TCG GB to help you out (or some similar aid), that's acceptable.

Since this question's a bit more difficult than I had anticipated, I may or may not give out random hints throughout the challenge.
6 is wrong. It's quite a bit higher. Hint: don't look at just fully evolved forms. Some Basics and Stage 1s had Poke-Powers too.
