Damn, I didn't have time to come online in the last few days, I missed two questions again. :x
What horribly toxic Pokémon you should keep yourself away from claims to be of German origin (but isn't), has been giving people competitive battling tips for a long time now but has also made arguably weird decisions during the last few years? Better not annoy it or it explodes!
