It makes typhlosion mad because it's the only fully evolved Fire-type Pokemon that can't learn Flare blitz.

what pokemon sits in the power plant till you come by, think its an item, but when you try to take it, it's all like "IM GONNA BLOW UP ONE OF YOUR POKEMON NOW!"? And it does all of this with that evil smirk.

It was a joke between Blitz and Blitzle, and I meant "on fire" like burning to death, not exactly as an attack... it wasn't supposed to be accurate, it was just dark humor... oh well... I guess you're right though...

CoKE has caffeine. Caffeine provides energy. Electrode provides Cobalion and Kyurem the energy to attack in CoKE.
