It doesn't necessarily have to be the worst Pokemon, just the ugliest. I would have to go with Raikou. WAY too many doodads and doohickeys on its back and face.

Naw, Golbat is uglier. Actually, Crobat is pretty ugly too. (I get shivers from those teeth... brrrr) A complete ugly evolution chain!

The Bat line: 5/10

Medicham(A dog/yoga teacher/kick boxer: 2/10>.<

Hariyama(Sumo wrestler/ some other thing: 4/10

Yes, but it's ugly on purpose. When you make it beautiful, it turns into Milotic.... although that thing is very ugly too.
