Those are not the cards I'm looking for. I am looking for the original Base Set cards with that exact wording on the bottom. While the 4th printing of these cards are not super rare, they are uncommon.

No, Base Set had 4 printings:
1st edition shadowless
shadowless
3rd printing had shadows with "©1995, 96, 98 Nintendo Creatures, GAMEFREAK 1999 ©Wizards" at the bottom This was the most common printing!
4th printing had shadows with "©1995, 96, 98 Nintendo Creatures, GAMEFREAK 1999-2000 ©Wizards" at the bottom
