I was just on pokemon-movie.jp and on the main page it shows an awsome animation, and it has Victini and Zekrom on it. But when you watch the animation for a little it shows Victini jump in the air and flap its wings on its lower back and floats in the air! Does this prove that Victini can fly? Also in the Victini and the Dark Hero trailer, you can see Victini Flying/Gliding over the water! What do you think, can Victini Fly or Glide, Just look at those wing-like desgins on its back! Suscribe!

Here is a link to the animation, just watch for a little and keep your eye on Victini, and you will see Victini jump and flap its wings!

Also, here is a link to the trailer, take notice when Victini Flies or glides over the water!

How does Mewtwo fly? How does Mew fly? It could be that it can just fly or it's powering forward after falling because it's using v-incinerate. Oh yeah, it has wings on it's behind so that's how it flies, like Rayquaza has those things to fly on it's shoulders.

@PlayerKing95
Mewtwo and Mew are physhic types, thats probably why they can fly, and Raquaze is dragon/flying. Who would think Victini would be able to fly though. BTW, in that animation on the jap pokemon movie website, when Victini was flying, it wasn't using V-Generate.

Yeah, but that doesn't make sense unless they're using psychic on themselves, lol I'm confused. But i thought it could fly, it's tail does look likes wing.

Having wings does not equal being able to fly. Best example: ostrich

Victini can fly because it can. Just like how Dragonair, Rayquaza and other wingless pokemon can also fly.

Dragonair - Wings on its head, Rayquaza - Wings on it's shoulders Dragonair's wings are sort of like smaller victini wings, if they are wings.

Rayquaza doesn't have wings. Those rectangular things on its body are fins, like the stabilising fins you find on a missile.

Dragonair doesn't have wings. The wing-like crests on its head are not used for flight. They do not flap to generate thrust or lift.

Both Dragonair and Rayqyaza do not "fly" using wing-based mechanics as they have no actual wings, they simply "swim" through thin air, like an eel in the water.

I understand that they could just glide through the air, but those things on it help it out because it states,
For Dragonair,
"On either side of their heads are small feathery wings."
Rayquaza
"rudder-like wings on its shoulders"
They look like they're swimming but
"Rayquaza constantly flies around the globe in the ozone layer"

Dragonair "Dragonair seem to be able to make their wings grow to large sizes to be able to fly, causing many people to have seen these Pokémon flying."

Well yeah flying is the actual word since they're moving through the air (technically it should be gliding to be more specific). I mentioned "swimming" because that's what their body motion looked like when they fly.

It looks vaguely so. But he is Psychic... I think he can fly, but the support is too little. But XierH is making points which detail that.

Probably Telepathy or Levitation due to it being part psychic IMO and maybe not.

"But XierH is making points which detail that." Me too, he has wings on hit behind, they aren't there for not reason. Sure he fly because he is psychic which kind of makes not a lot of sense, but he also has wings.

You know what's funny, nobody ever questioned why certain pokemon like geodude and gastly can fly or at least defy gravity... they just accepted it, and I think we should do that with Victini. Pokemon aren't bound to the constraints of aerodynamics or any other branch of science. That allows them to do stuff without needing a logical explanation on how they are able to do it. It doesn't have to "make sense" or "look correct". If it flies, it flies, period. There doesn't always have to be a reason behind it.
