BW/BW2 Villain? He looks so BA!

OMG i thought of something do you guys remember lawrence lll from pokemon 2000 the evil pokemon collecter who was trying to capture lugia. Well the evil dude strikes a resemblence to him aside from his hair which he might have grown out after escaping from being destroyed along with his air ship thing which lugia blew up. plus since his eyepice resembles the eye from the shadow lugia might be based off his obsession with lugia and as he is a pokemon collecter he might be going after the crown that could be involved with the legendaries of the isshu region!

your right, they do maybe have the same hair. but usually a villain in a movie only shows up once. and they are never seen again.

thats true but at the end of the movie he said he'll restart his collection
 
It doesn't look like he has long hair to me, it looks like he has an afro, and happens to be wearing a coat almost the same color, but you can see lines between them.
 
Yeah. There is a clearer picture of the villain and his hair goes up. That boa collar he's got going on is part of his outfit.

I saw the pic and i noticed that he has only one eye covered.

yeah but if you look closely i know its covered by something but it looks like his other eye is red too without an eyepiece

I checked out his hair and if it is going up and thats just a collar than he looks just like Lawrence lll

I hope it's just him and a few others evil villians. I disliked the idea of big organizations continuing after Team Rocket was out of the picture in-game. Team Aqua/Magma and Galactic weren't very original.
 
idk he might not be the main antagonist there still might be a whole organazation like team rocket but he might be the leader but i agree im sick of teams
 
well even though there are teams, there's still only one main villain mastermind in each group: Giovanni, Maxie, Archie, Cyrus. This villain may just be the mastermind of the local baddies
 
Is it just me or does that dude with the green hair look extremely pale - almost like a GHOST. :O
