Unfortunately, the smeargle doesn't have any 31 iVs, as it was caught in the wild. It has a hasty nature. It does have stealth rocks, sticky web, will o wisp, and spore, and is EV trained in speed and HP. I understand if you don't want it due to lack of IVs

Unfortunately, the Smeargle doesn't have any perfect IVs, as I caught it in a random encounter, and unfortunately does have a 0 sp.atk IV(but who uses smeargle for sp.atk anyways?). It has a hasty nature, is fully EVd in speed and HP, and has sketched stealth rock, sticky web, will o wisp, and spore.
If you still want it (and I completely understand if you don't) I would love to do it for your shiny Klefki, Gourgeist, Charmeleon, Banette, or Floette. Would you accept for any of those?
