Both are male.
I only want Pokemon with the right natures if they have good IV's (if they are EV trained its a big bonus). Please tell me the IV's and EV's of the Pokemon you offer.

I dont want a Sassy Gyarados, I want a Jolly one. And about the IVs, the higher, the better. Attack and Speed must be 31 tough.
