Pokemon Weird Pokémon Sprites and Colours

- In the Virtual Console re-release of Yellow, Jynx's sprite is changed to avoid controversy. However, the original version of Yellow would be unable to display this many colors on a single sprite.

- When compared to other games, Haunter looks legitimately creepy in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

When Venusaur mega evolves, there is no difference between the eye color right?
So why is there a color difference between shiny Venusaur's and shiny Mega Venusaur's eyes?
