I know, but we did that night 1 when we had no clues to work off of.
I'm not saying it's the best idea (I'm against it, actually, for the very reason you gave), but it's an option if we don't get any real leads.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 4 ends May 15, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

I have a new suspect. I've went through the last day thinking about who has been suspicious, who have I overlooken. And so I came to the conclusion that Zyflair may be a wolf. About 2/3 of his posts are pushing for a lynch, yet not voting to make it not seem like his idea, here are just a few examples, just from Day 4.

Zyflair said:
Unless we can kill in the night just as the TR can a no lynch option doesn't seem appealing unless we really have no idea.

... speaking of ideas, I've got nothing.

He doesn't want a No Lynch, and pushes for us to kill one of our own.

Zyflair said:
I really feel like lynching you to rid us from your comments. ._.

The first comment about corn bread.

Zyflair said:

If we get to May 13th without agreeing on anyone, I'm officially taking down corn bread for being a nuisance.

The second comment about corn bread.

Zyflair said:
Guys. Corn bread might be onto something. He has no idea what he's doing but if he suspects DNA, then DNA is now in the suspect list. Every one else that's been unusually quiet are somehow scot-free.

Another attack on corn bread.

Zyflair said:
Guys, I'm putting corn bread on my ignore list. Let me know if he actually says something significant/useful.

Yet another push to get rid of the guy.

Zyflair has pushed for a lynch, and specifically against corn bread, someone who seems like a townsman. There is one post though that makes me doubt the theory, this post makes me believe he is a townie, but it pales in comparison to the others.

Zyflair said:
So if we vote Cinesra, we either catch the wolves off guard or lose a limited seer? Sounds pretty dangerous as a gambit.

Vote: Zyflair

Not that I'm rushing for a kill or anything, I will consider the vote of No Lynch (because I believe it may be the second best option). I think that it may be time to stop relying on night roles to win, what we see during the day is important, and we've neglected it. I urge you to consider something that I noticed happen during this day.

This. I would rather kill someone suspiscious than no one at all.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 4 ends May 15, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

I'm kind of agreeing with TheGuy here. I don't think that we should waste a lynch today. Zyflair's agression to corn bread is indeed interesting, but I also think it's a bit abnormal that some of us seem to be trying to rush to a "no lynch" when we have a good 5 days before the day is over... I'm trying to figure out who is the most suspicious before voting, rather than just starting a no lynch bandwagon to clear suspicion. In my opinion being quick to say that there's no good lynches or that we shouldn't lynch is about as wolf-ish as being quick to accuse people that aren't really that dangerous. I also suggest that we all make more "exciting" posts, as those are what will flush out the information and hints we need. When you think about it, a good townsperson shouldn't want to avoid lynching, that's what a wolf should do... I'll admit there are risks to lynching, but there's also rewards. Even people who don't seem to have much going against them might turn out to be very skilled wolves who haven't let themselves slip up yet.

The point is, we definitely want to go for a lynch today, but it's going to take some very good detective work to figure out who the best lynch. I don't believe that either corn bread or Nengeni are very good lynch choices at the moment. Zyflair is certainly an option, but I hate to bandwagon so soon. I want to hear what he has to say first. In fact I want to hear what everyone has to say.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 4 ends May 15, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

Well, I don't think that ANYONE actually wants to vote no lynch, because:

1) Wolf: they know who they are so they would definitely want to lynch a townie every day especially because it seems pretty easy for them to do (I would think so, at least).
2) Townie: The day voting is pretty much the only way for them to kill and to stop the wolves so voting "no lynch" is stupid / one more free kill for the wolves. However, they don't know who fellow townies are so for them there are risks and no lynch might actually be the second best option.
And then there should be indies, too. What they want to vote probably depends on their win condition.

I just mentioned no lynch because this didn't seem to get anywhere at all imo. Now TheGuy brought finally at least one name on the table (ofc he could be a wolf himself too xP) and you seem to be eager and capable to do some "detective work" so just go on and tell us what you find out. No rushing if things actually do move forward. ^^ I was just getting bored from the useless pingpong posts. P: (I mean, even my own posts felt kinda useless even when I made some new points...)

Huh. I have to admit, that's actually a pretty solid argument you have there, TheGuy... if it weren't for the fact that I honestly made it clear that I'm not going for lynch just to silence a nuisance unless we really have nothing else to go on. Now, if I was aware said nuisance was a wolf, I would gladly vote him off (unless I'm a wolf as well, but I deny such a claim).

I could just say that corn beard is simply getting on my nerves and leave it at that, but that's an expected defense on my part. Yes, I'm aggressive against corn beard, but I'm not trying to push for his death if it means saccing another day. If we still are at a standstill with only a few days reamining, I would prefer killing corn beard over a no lynch just to be at mental ease. If this is really enough for you to consider me to be a wolf, so be it, I can't deny what I've actually done.

Despite this, I'm a bit leery of how you not only put me on the suspect list, but gave an outright vote on lynching me. Are you that eager to get a bandwagon on me?

Teal, I'd also like to point out that smart wolves would rather go for a consistent one kill per day/night cycle than risk losing one of their own in a lynch. Given the no lynch option, pushing for it this early raises more of a yellow flag for me.

So you are accusing yet another person...

Teal, you did jump the gun too.

Another person? I simply said corn bread was annoying me. But I am accusing TheGuy for pouncing on me. If he had only cast suspicion on me, I wouldn't have a problem; WW is a game of inference and logic. The voting part crossed the line.

If cornbread was a wolf, his team would have told him to shut up by now.

Or maybe the rest of the wolves are newer players as well, but they're just being quiet.

I'm not buying the thing about Zyflair being a wolf, that just seems like we're grasping at straws.

Anyways, I say we just kill corn bread if we get nothing better in the rest of the day.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 4 ends May 15, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

The odds of Cornbread being on an entire team of n00b wolves is like zero. At least one would have had the sense by now.

...either that, or we all just suck at being townies in werewolf.

Guys, you shouldn't vote me off because i'm a bad player.I am still a townie and that means I can help you win.

Wow, amazing speech. You totally convinced everyone that you're innocent. >_>

I thought everyone knew I was innocent after Cinesra said I couldn't kill people.

I felt that not voting wouldn't get the point across. I just want people to know that I am serious about the idea and it's not just some crazy out of this world idea.

Well you're acting awfully confident, aren't you? You seem to have been pretty quiet for this day and now you're just coming out to make a rather pointless post attacking corn bread's reasoning, which we've already done enough of today. I can't say I love that kind of behavior.

We aren't going to lynch you because you may / may not be a wolf.

We're going to (or at least I am if we get nothing better) because you show 0 intelligence in your posts, and don't contribute anything to the town.

On a side note, it's my B-Day today.

Being serious about it doesn't make it any more credible. ESP even thinks that voting me over this is "grasping at straws." A crazy out of this world idea? Not exactly; you have a bit of proof that suggests a possibility, but it's only a bit of proof, and it's far from concrete.

How about you? What do you have to say to prove that you're innocent?
