Because voting for somebody with no evidence on Day 1 is a good idea and totally doesn't make you suspicious at all.

I understand if you have suspicions against me, but comments like these are very suspicious if you ask me.

Besides, I just noticed that on the night update it said that the note was written in different handwriting than the note from the vigilantes about arriving. That clearly implies that it's a non-wolf source, such as a seer or someone with a role of the sort.

I know people like to play safe early on so that we have little to go off of, but if you didn't know this already, these past two games that I've been in have both been lost to wolves, and I think a lot of the blame can be put on the town being unwilling to take action. A day with no lynch is a complete waste of a day, and that's that. I strongly urge all of you to at least lynch someone. Avoiding lynches is something only wolves should try to do...

Lynch safariblade; he sucks :p

Can I lynch DNA, please???

Oh, and after seeing One Approved's post, I'd to like to elaborate further on my previous post. This isn't a game where "playing it safe" ever gets townies anywhere. Wolves need to play it safe, obviously, but the only way that townies ever have any chance of winning is to be aggressive. Even if Cinesra is innocent, as I said, then it gives us a decent lead on Teal tomorrow, and I frankly don't care for the fact that Cinesra has his usual smug attitude. :p

Everyone bandwagon against safariblade JK
IDK what we should do, I'm not going to vote yet. I'd like to see what other info we can get.

Vote: DNA

Vote: No Lynch

We have no leads, except for grudges that is.

I'd just like to say that I feel bad for safariblade, all things considered. Don't worry, at least one person in this game doesn't hate you. :p

but that might just be because I didn't play the last ww

At the moment, this just seems the best course of action.

A voice then called out of the crowd, pointing towards the skeptical and hasty Meaty.

"So, you would dare bite the hand that feeds you, eh?" the man said. He then walked up to the unfortunate Meaty, slapped him across the face, and took away all his Vanguard cards before walking off. That man was DNA.

DNA was:

The Game Master
Alignment: Unknown

You are the Game Master of Werewolf XIII. You exercise total power and authority over all the players therein, and manipulate them as you see fit. You get most of your kicks from watching the town fall on its own face repeatedly, and this gives you much amusement...you troll.

Ability : Omnipotent
Use : Always on.
You are incapable of dying by any means (if someone targets you for a kill, or even a lynch vote, it will not count), and none of your roles can ever be negated. Also, you can quote and reveal your own role in its entirety in the topic at any time. You also have freedom to say whatever you please in any Werewolf XIII-related topic.

Ability : Perfect Pair
Use : Always on.
There is another Game Master who also exists in this game, who has an identical role to you. His name will be sent to you in a separate PM (mason group).

Win Condition: You already have.

Day continues as normal.

Pah, fine. Why delay the inevitable?

omg lolololololololololololololol That was hilarious.

Ok, back to playing. I guess we're already leaning towards this, I guess there's no stopping it. Vote: No Lynch

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

Nice job, DNA. You just committed the worst act a player (one who has a role) can do: reveal your role PM. That means you just modkilled yourself

Onto more important matters, yeah I read the entire thread as of yet, no I have nothing to add.
Just going to
Vote: No Lynch
mainly because y'all're accusing people in a grudge.

As townies, we need to play agressive. I still think that no lynch is the worst route to take. I'd much rather take the risk of killing a potential townie than abstain from a vote that's guaranteeing the death of a townie. With this note, we'll have something to take us into day 2 with (Teal's allegiance). The note heavily implies that Cinesra is the one to watch out for, which is why voting for him first.

bleh, I feel like I'm repeating Meaty here. >.<

The reason DNA was having trouble getting the wolf groups to work is because neither me nor de set the group up. He asked CMP to do it because after the roles were passed out, neither I nor de got the wolf card

I obviously know how to set up the wolf group because I made it, and de knows the Admin CP like the back of his hand. I'm pretty sure he would not be defeated by a simple usergroup addition.

If that doesn't clear me (us) as town, I don't know what will.

Confirming I didn't place the wolves in the group. I believe that clears PMJ and I also.

I am confused on how Meaty already won and it is only day 1. Was DNA being serious?

I guess I'll just do this for now unless a better option exists.
Vote:No Lynch

My role says that I'm allowed to reveal it at any time, and that I can't die.
So I think you're wrong on two counts :p

Updated Vote Tally:

Cinesra: 2
No Lynch: 12

(omg KA don't reply right as I post)

Remember, you need 17 to end the day.

That was my role, you frooblet.

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

Umm, yeah we need to play aggressive when we have a bigger lead than flavor text.

You seem to be a wolf just trying to get a lynch in my eyes.

all right then

1. If the writer wanted to actually help us, they wouldn't have been so vague.

In Murder, those who died were allowed to send a message to the living players regarding the identity of the murderer, but the message had to be vague. If this is to be taken as a clue as to the identities of Cinesra and/or Teal, perhaps the message is vague because it has to be.

Also, did you guys know that arsenic (the element) really is gray in color? I think there's a valid reason why the "not teal" part was added. Why would the note writer include such a thing? Maybe that's what we should be focusing on. Maybe--and this is a big maybe--they're saying that Teal is a Vigilante, and Cinesra is not. I'm not sure how much stock I'd be willing to put in that theory, personally, but it's something to think about.

So we have ten days to decipher (or try to decipher) this clue. If we can't make heads or tails of it, I say we kill off safariblade.

Speaking of killing sb, I am taking away my support for lynching TDL. With all the wolves still alive, it is entirely possible that he could be a conditionally lynchproof wolf like rb was last game. I feel dumb for not realizing this. Had rb been lynched with it in effect, the Day would have just ended with no role information - all they would know is that the lynch failed (there was a town-aligned lynchproof role which would have yielded an identical result so it's not solely for the wolves' benefit). I don't know if DNA would do things in a similar manner, but I don't see a reason for DNA to reveal any information if the lynch had failed. Therefore, I think we shouldn't lynch TDL right now. His main argument for being killed (that we'll have a confirmed townie) is null because we already have one - me.

No Lynch is a bad idea right now, guys. We _have_ something to go on. That clue, however vague, is a clue to _something._ Don't squander this opportunity for discussion. If it's July 5th or 6th and we still aren't comfortable lynching someone, then okay fine do that (but I'd still rather take a pot shot at someone

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

Honestly, the only person that has provided any decent reasoning behind their lynch vote is Meaty. That being so, there's still not much of a reason to go for a lynch in the dark. Being aggressive on night one isn't great, since doing that can benefit the wolves while putting the townies at a disadvantage, even though just laying back and doing nothing can be just as harmful. But I'm still hanging back for now, since there isn't any rush given the information we have, and I don't feel the need to lynch so soon.

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

That should be ">casts vote after seven minutes, one vote, and literally no new information"

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

/me bans DNA for getting ninja'd by me.

We have no solid evidence of who is a wolf. As much as I'd like to get rid of one, what if we hit a town person instead? We just got the wolves closer to winning.

RE: Werewolf XIII - Gunfire at Dusty Gulch - Day 1 ends Saturday, July 7th, 11.59pm PDT

There's no stopping it.

Vote: No Lynch

Mainly because there's also a very small chance of actually getting a wolf day one and I'd rather lose one townie than two.We honestly have no other leads just grudges
unless we want to get Cinesra/TDL/Teal.If anyone can convince me to change my Vote I will but until then it stands.
