...wait.

That's exactly where the whole argument falls apart. It's entirely based on assumptions. You're assuming the note is from a reliable source. You're assuming the note means I'm an indie.Teal said:My post is pretty much based on the assumptions Zyflair mentioned:
#1) The note is not messing with us. (I assume this.)
#2) The note tells us that Cinesra is an indie and I am not.
Hey hey, somebody who's actually making sense.PMJ said:Therefore, we fall to analyzing the note left alongside the Vigilantes' note: "Arsenic is grey not teal." The most common consensus is that the note refers to Cinesra's/Teal's alignment, but I personally find it highly unlikely that there is a singular role that can scan two players' alignments and then post about it, even if it is limited.
Another good point. Why mention teal instead of another color? While I'm still partial to the note being bogus, I've been entertaining a new idea lately. What if Teal was the one who wrote the note? Maybe he's an indie who wrote the note to try to cast suspicion on me, while making himself look innocent because he was mentioned, too?The question, then, is this: If the note indeed came from a pro-Town source, and we are to believe the author's intent was to get us to lynch Cinesra, why mention the word "teal" at all, knowing we have a player whose name is Teal? Wouldn't the author know that doing that would just sow the seeds of confusion among his team? If the author wanted to make it clear that Cinesra was not to be trusted, he could have used any other color that isn't a shade of blue and Cinesra probably would have been lynched already.
Remember how this got a person with a useful role lynched?Role: Matt Frakenberger

You know what I did last night. You did accept my invitation. I think PMJ and TheGuy know, too. Would you like to know what exactly you three agreed to?ComfortEagle said:Eh, might as well just come out with it already. I doubt this will be of any help, but Cinesra used a night role on night 0. This means he is probably the one who sent the note.
