Honestly, I'm not sure of either of the main suspects right now. bbninjas' obsession with needing "reasons" for RVS isn't terribly scumlike, just because he accepts "He's Australian" as a reason. And Teal saying the QT thing means he's scum. First of all, him mentioning it doesn't mean he is in a QT, and even if he is that doesn't necessarily mean he's scum. In a game with this flavour, I could see a lot of potential QT groups. Perhaps one of the couples that exist or even a group of teachers or something like that. I also think AlexanderTheAwesome saying Lenny because he had a long post is somewhat concerning, because I don't think that was a random vote.

AtA voted Lenny because he thought that the long post was out of character looking at his town playstyle, and he made that pretty clear in his post.

In fact, the fact that you didn't read the post properly Wailord, could hint at you being scum.

Right ,but I don't think it's really that out of character. Lenny usually has those long posts with a lot of content, rather than posting more frequently with little to say.

His posts are too long and well thought out for Day 1. IIRC (which I probably don't RC) you played last game and barely posted
This is what AtA said. While Lenny doesn't always post that much, usually when he does he has something to say. And in general saying something is 'too well thought out' seems like a really odd thing to call someone out for. Posts should be well thought out, so why is he using that as a voting reason?

If everything was well thought out RVS would not exist

RE: Werewolf XXIV: The Wizarding War - Day 1 will end on December 17th, 23:59 GMT

I always post big long messages because I don't have time throughout the day to make many posts. I post a couple times with all that I've got to say and I make sure what I'm saying isnt worthless. I'm trying to help the town with clear, well-thought out ideas.

First off I think going after Teal is a poor choice, considering the fact that it's going on two unlikely assumptions. First assumption is that Teal knows about quick topics and how they work in this game and assuming that he received one. Okay, understandable assumption, but not enough for a lynch. The second assumption is because he is in a QT, he has a higher chance of being scum. While true, we don't know enough about the game to say it's a good lynch. If we pretend like Teal is for sure in a QT (which may I remind you all is far from confirmed), there's a huge chance he's a good guy. I don't know much about Harry Potter, but let's assume that Harry himself is in a QT with his two friends and/or other people. Is it worth possibly killing Harry Potter? Personally, I don't think so, at least with the information we've got. And remember, this is all disregarding the fact that Teal's suspicions are based on two farcetched assumptions.

Also, some of you guys are claiming that Teal put so much emphasis on it and assuming (aka tunneling in my opinion) he's guilty, when he's simply defended himself from the initial assumptions put on him. I think all of you (*cough*TwistedTurtwig*cough*MachampTheChampion*cough*) need to take a step back and reevaluate your argument.

Secondly, I'm not particularly convinced bbninjas is the best way to go for the lynch either. If I had to choose between Teal and bbninjas, it'd be bbninjas but I'd rather not do either.

Finally, I'd like to remind you all that we still have a couple of days to go and I think there's a better lynch target. Unfortunately, if I had to settle for a vote it'd be bbninjas. Because finals week is coming up, I may not have the opportunity to vote again but hopefully I will. Right now I'll stick with no vote.

RE: Werewolf XXIV: The Wizarding War - Day 1 will end on December 17th, 23:59 GMT

Lenny <3

For reals though, I just stated the standard way QT:s have been sent out in all PB games so far.

I don't see why bbninjas is voted atm.

GM Draclord has been proven to be pretty much impossible to read as scum, so if there will be no leads at the end of the day, I will vote him.
@@PRESSURE: GM DracLORD
Anything to hold me off from doing that, GM?

I'm pretty sure I unvoted OS but the vote count doesn't show it so:
##UNVOTE: Omega Soul
##VOTE: AlexanderTheAwesome

Because he still doesn't like long posts. As I said, that's an anti-town way of thinking.

RE: Werewolf XXIV: The Wizarding War - Day 1 will end on December 17th, 23:59 GMT

Whoops! Yeah, you did, don't know why it's not there. Changing it up there. Thanks for noticing, Teal!

Also, may I ask what's it with that Pressure thing? Never mentioned it, IIRC.

I support this, as long as posts are well though out (see below).

First off I think going after Teal is a poor choice, considering the fact that it's going on two unlikely assumptions. First assumption is that Teal knows about quick topics and how they work in this game and assuming that he received one. Okay, understandable assumption, but not enough for a lynch. Personally, I don't think so, at least with the information we've got. And remember, this is all disregarding the fact that Teal's suspicions are based on two farcetched assumptions.

One of the main reasons on lynching Teal from what I've gathered, due to the likelihood of him being a QT 'owner', is that we can see how the QTs where sent out. Were they in the role, or were they seperate? And this Harry Potter example seems farfetched. Assuming there is 6 or 7 scum, then there is 6 scum +3 masons in your example. If Teal is indeed part of one of those groups then we have 1/9 chance of killing HP. And there is a 2/3 chance we kill a scum.

In Teal's game there was 11/12 people with access to a QT. In HW's, I believe 14 did. In The Guy's, I could see 18. That is an average of ~ 14 per game. The anti-town counts for the three games is 7, 9, 8, equally and average of 8 anti-town. Therefore, if we lynch Teal, there is a pretty good chance he is anti-town (8/14 = 4/7), unlike what you theorised.

I would like to know where exactly TT and MtC have been 'tunnelling'. I can only remember one post of Teal actually defending himself due to any type of tunnelling.

Secondly, I'm not particularly convinced bbninjas is the best way to go for the lynch either. If I had to choose between Teal and bbninjas, it'd be bbninjas but I'd rather not do either.
You wouldn't lynch a guy with glasses, would you?

Finally, I'd like to remind you all that we still have a couple of days to go and I think there's a better lynch target. Unfortunately, if I had to settle for a vote it'd be bbninjas. Because finals week is coming up, I may not have the opportunity to vote again but hopefully I will. Right now I'll stick with no vote.
Any suggestions? I wouldn't mind lynching you, Lenny, since you can be bothered to write nice large posts that don't give decent reasoning.

Bolded.

Now, on of my more primary lynch candidates is Teal, though I would say that is primarily to get information about this QT stuff (yes, I'm basically convinced he has a QT), not because he's scum, and therefore is probably not the best lynch. The scum may even kill QT holder tonight. My other primary lynch would be Lenny, as his arguments seems pretty farfetched.

Also, this paragraph didn't look right before, and I think it is time to bring it up now:
Lenny said:
Bbninjas is all over the place and unfortunately I'm not getting a good read because he plays this way a lot. I've seen him as town (I think?) and scum so this is pretty standard. Still, I'm getting weird vibes from him. Just gut feelings, don't have much to back it up.
-snip-
This is what both annoys me and confuses me. I'm somewhat all over the place; correct. However, this is the standard play I have for both alignments (although is more my townie, IMO; I'm a bit quieter when scum). He has seen me as mason town, and there is probably a problem if he forgot that. Now this sentence:
Bbninjas is all over the place and unfortunately I'm not getting a good read because he plays this way a lot.
and this sentence:
Still, I'm getting weird vibes from him. Just gut feelings, don't have much to back it up. '
Are weird and confusing. The latter sentence (which I believe refers to the first) is written as if the first sentence is positive... rendering the second completely confusing and certainly flimsy.

These two posts make me change my vote onto Lenny:

##UNVOTE: Teal
##VOTE: Lenny

Nevertheless, we could vote for one of the inactives, like Lenny suggested. I believe that the following players are yet to post:
Mr. Muffin (I think)
PMJ
grantm1999
xDoggerx
Haunted Water

However, I would like to know if lynching inactives is a scummy move, so the scum don't need to nightkill them their self.

I think you may mis-understand some of the things I say.... Ignorance is bliss I guess lol... Still it doesn't really matter since if I defend Teal be like "OMG ATA TOO DEFENSIVE FOR RVS SHUN SHUN WOLF WOLF MUST LYNCH"

RE: Werewolf XXIV: The Wizarding War - Day 1 will end on December 17th, 23:59 GMT

There is no reason for scum to nightkill inactives unless they are really really good players.

That's my point. Instead of scum being required to do it later in the game, they could get them out now and still seem 'towny'.

RE: Werewolf XXIV: The Wizarding War - Day 1 will end on December 17th, 23:59 GMT

Why would the scum be required to do it lategame?

If the scum are down to 3 scum:6 town, 5 who are moderately inactive town, then the scum would have to kill them. Anyway, it was just a thought, and I see where you're coming from. It probably isn't scummy :)
