I've just looked up hippogriff on the pedia (http://harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Hippogriff)
And there is honestly nothing relevant their except Buckbeak has liking to Harry and disliking to Draco Malfoy. I couldn't find much, if any, powers that could hint danger to scum.

@Celever, I was referring to the fact that there is no character that is a Griffon, and as such would not be used as a role.
I'm not inclined to believe Dogger's claim, if he didn't even know what species he was.

I feel like it would be odd for Dogger to be Buckbeak, however he could be trying to say controlling Buckbeak is some sort of ability he has. Which means he could be Hagrid, because he owns Buckbeak or something like that.
Dogger has constantly refused to do anything but say "Wait until tomorrow, then you'll see!", Which is a poor reason to convince us otherwise if we already have a semi-solid reason to lynch you, you telling us that you can write a wrong and we should wait a day without giving us any sort of proof, isn't helping your case at all.

Yeah, apart from hagrid the only characters that really had substantial connections with Bucky were Sirius and Harry... When he says remember the hippogriff maybe he's talking about how it was saved, in which case be could be hermione and she could have a time turner? Don't know how that would work in this game though...

No, I'm totally Hagrid. That wasn't trolling. I'm just surprised I got the character that I wanted and enjoy being able to use relevant gifs (and not having my life on a countdown).
Something tells me that Buckbeak isn't an actual role, and Dogger is grasping for straws. The roles are most likely all human, possibly with the exception of Dobby the house elf and maaaaaybe Nagini, Voldemort's snake. Also, for reference, I'm counting Lupin as a human even though he's a werewolf.
I had to catch up on a lot of what happened so far this day, and while it was a bit hard to keep track of everything, Dogger seems the most suspicious to me. His bargaining for trying to lynch KoN strikes me as pretty desperate, especially when he has nothing to back it up with. I don't expect him to claim though, as that's just unneeded. Who claims this early in the game anyway?

Finally, someone got the right idea, I can claim now.
Let's put it like this:
It seems like bbninjas an Celever achieved to mess up my idea and were able to make other people believe as they wanted.
I just didn't like the idea of revealing myself but, since I know they are aware of my identity (Hermione Granger) I can also say these two guys are wolves, otherwise they wouldn't be trying to confuse the idea. Because of who I am, I have the possibility to right my wrong.
Now that you know who I am, I want to repeat my proposal:
You let me live today, and lynch KoN, if my suspicions are wrong, I can fix that.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I WERE A WOLF?
You lynch me tomorrow for sure, isn't that simple?
By the way, by claiming all this, I'm officially dead tonight so, don't misuse a lynch on me.

Can you elaborate on this part of your post? I'm not sure I understand it correctly. You're saying that they knew who you were but... pretended they didn't? Or you have proof that they know your role name? I don't get it.
Also I'm inclined to believe Dogger's claim.

Huh? Tell me exactly why you think bbninjas and I knew your identity. You've had little to no logic thus far so don't accuse people without a case.
Speaking of, give me a case for why I should lynch KoN. Not "I can right the wrong", as you can "right" every lynch we do. Why should we go with who you want to lynch looking at the poor logic you've shown us so far?

To be fair, he is probably town. Unless Luis was trolltastic and left out one of the most important roles in the HP universe, barring a counterclaim I would go so far as to say Dogger is in the clear.Celever said:

I honestly would like to know why it would not be safe to claim if Celever and I are in fact scum who know your role name (which I didn't until now) and have presumably told the scum all about you. It doesn't make sense.

You're still under a lot of suspicion, and unless the scum find your role as powerful as something such as a seer then you are definitely not going to be killed ATM. In fact, I would actually claim and then get a doctor (which I assume is out there somewhere) to protect you. The downside is that a scum may have a watching role and may see the doctor protect you.
