Wow, 5 subs! I would recommend the gamemods to add perhaps one or two more roles so a few more people can enjoy playing, providing it doesn't mess anything up (or you actually have characters for the roles D: ), if anymore people put their name down. That said, I'd be watchful to keep your subs above 3 from the beginning of the game, as you often have to replace players right before the game starts.
Given the high turnout (higher than we were expecting; honestly I thought we might not get 18, you guys are great!) you all have a decision to make already! We've now got a total of 5 subs, and it feels unfair in a way to not let 5 of those players play from the start. So the question is this: should we add 2 more roles and bring the total up to 20?

I don't see why not. It just means to prepare for trouble, and make it double. Cause Silver's still going to take the crown.
If you can add roles and still keep proper game balance, then go for it. If you're just adding roles for the sake of adding roles, then you shouldn't do it, since it would be detrimental for the sake of the game as a whole. If you're that concerned about letting more people play, then I can drop out.

Due to a larger than expected turnout, @PMJ and @Cypher333 are starting the game rather than being subs.
Why not fancy pineapple??
PMJ and Cypher were the first two players to sign up as subs, so they became players first, just like they would have been subbed into the game first.
