You're ballsy on FoL as scum too. Also you ignored this @Celever

This makes literally no sense. At all.Lastly, because someone's going to become meat on a skewer tonight I figure why waste the vote?
##unvote ##vote jabberwock
Please post insert things that would stop you from being scum and otherwise voting so soon, we know you're an archer already, because you "conveniently" posted a vote 3 minutes after day 3 started and thus stopping from me getting the vote.
That wasn't neutral, your were making the assumption I am town, but then you jump back to your assumption I am scum. I do not understand how that is logical. The issue here is you think every post is riddled with subjectivity. If someone asks a straightforward question about game mechanics, I'll answer it in an up-front, neutral and objective manner. This is always my policy.
Also, sidenote, it is amusing that here it appears that you were sure I was a town lie detector, but that has since straggled off into a "he's probably scum". Sounds a scummily inconsistent.
Where in that post do I say you're town? >~< I answered KX based on what we knew at that moment in time -- nothing more than that. I wouldn't have my opinions taint an answer to a straightforward question.
In that post you imply that I am not scum as scum will be the ones killing me. How does what you knew later affect your read in that post?
Lie detectors don't work that way, sorry. :v
If they don't have these restrictions things can get super OP super fast.
But good claim.
He's got a lie detector role, meaning he'll send off a post in the thread somewhere and the hosts tell him any lies in that post. It's very broken and scum are probably going to kill him tonight.
This is the single most funny post I've ever seen you make. So tell me again, "what's RTS?"The issue here is you think every post is riddled with subjectivity. I was thinking about this, and I figure if there's an indie, they could get the NK after the scum leader(s) die(s).Also for what it's worth, simsands' role said that he can only kill on even nights. His role said nothing about passing it on.
I'm willing to bet the other scum team can only kill on odd nights. The even/odd modifier wouldn't make any sense otherwise.
Night 2 was an even night. And someone died.
I'm really confused here.
[Future reference.] What an interesting conclusion!I was thinking about this, and I figure if there's an indie, they could get the NK after the scum leader(s) die(s).
Best I could come up with after ten minutes or so of thinking. If there's a conclusion that makes more sense, I'd love to hear it. :U[Future reference.] What an interesting conclusion!
I guess it could be passed on to a teammate. That said, this is the first game I've played here where the factional kill is in the form of an ability. Normally it's just something extra. idk, I'd think it'd be said though if it's in the form of an ability.I was thinking about this, and I figure if there's an indie, they could get the NK after the scum leader(s) die(s).
You seem to think that not saying you're scum means you're town. I'm trying to tell you that there is a neutral standpoint where there is no bias, which is what that post was. DxThat wasn't neutral, your were making the assumption I am town, but then you jump back to your assumption I am scum. I do not understand how that is logical.
Could well just be a clause the hosts forgot to include, but that is a good point to raise. Also for what it's worth, simsands' role said that he can only kill on even nights. His role said nothing about passing it on.

Real time strategy. :vThis is the single most funny post I've ever seen you make. So tell me again, "what's RTS?"
There are character skills and there are class skills. All mages have the same class skills, but Ricken and Miriel have a different character skill each. There's only one character skill, but two class skills.Wait, so are skill effects somewhat related to their role? As in, XXX class of role will have the same sort of skills?
He's saying you're the/an indie if we have one, and he might be right.Best I could come up with after ten minutes or so of thinking. If there's a conclusion that makes more sense, I'd love to hear it. :U
It's been an ability before, but yeah, it oftentimes will say it's passed to a team member if it is.I guess it could be passed on to a teammate. That said, this is the first game I've played here where the factional kill is in the form of an ability. Normally it's just something extra. idk, I'd think it'd be said though if it's in the form of an ability.
And here I was thinking we'd be better off because we'd only be dealing with one night kill every two days. I think we might have to wait until Day 5 to see how this plays out.
Yeah, my read yesterday was poor.##VERB: Celever
Been waiting a few days for this.
Arguing that simsands was innocent and convincing people to doubt the lie detector was incredibly scummy even before knowing his flip. People had little reason to doubt simsands and overcomplicating the whole situation made it much worse than it needed to be.
And then he flipped as the head of one of the scum teams...
Like it's one thing to be wrong but I've never seen such fervent defense of someone before.
I have no idea why E_m bothers you so much. He's almost as confirmed as bbninjas is and we have no reason to doubt him right now. Lying town is still town. More townies = better chances of town winning. It's not rocket science. You're an experienced player. You know how valuable each individual townie is. Being a bad townie does not mean the player's role is anti-town. It's like you're obsessed with him. ._.
Outside of someone using a cop scan on E_m (which has a high chance of being a waste) that turns up as scum, there is virtually no way E_m is going anywhere unless the scum decide to target him (which would be a waste).
That said...
This makes literally no sense. At all.
Someone being an archer doesn't automatically make them scum... >_>
We can't really sit and do nothing for 3 days, though.I think we might have to wait until Day 5 to see how this plays out.
I think we're going back and forth here, and you *may* be right, so I'll just leave this alone. You seem to think that not saying you're scum means you're town. I'm trying to tell you that there is a neutral standpoint where there is no bias, which is what that post was. Dx
Character skills is the thing listed as "ability", right? And class skills are the things listed as "skills"? So by what you're saying, if I'm a mage, and you're a mage, we should both have the same class skills? If so, where in the OP is that, because I can't find it.There are character skills and there are class skills. All mages have the same class skills, but Ricken and Miriel have a different character skill each. There's only one character skill, but two class skills.
This is a very lazy excuse and/or a very scummy excuse. If everyone fell back to the "my read yesterday was poor" defense, and everyone gave everyone else the benefit of the doubt, town will lose. If you're town, at least expand and give reasoning why your read yesterday made sense. Because to me, and obviously PP, it didn't make sense.Yeah, my read yesterday was poor.
There's other leads to chase between now and then. Lynching Jabber now with such minor evidence is a better over the top...We can't really sit and do nothing for 3 days, though.
I know. I wasn't suggesting that.We can't really sit and do nothing for 3 days, though.
I'm inclined to think simsands' team did the killing as apparently simsands had discovered GM Drac was Robin; otherwise maybe a coincidental shot from a town vig/weapons, as I can't see why GM Drac would've been killed by scum with present information considering GM Drac is a very difficult player to read and thus potential mislynch.Like is this a one-shot town vigilante? do we have an indie? did the killing role get inherited?
...you need to stop getting paranoid about getting nightkilled, because as long as you lie, be confusing, and pose little foreseeable threat (which reminds me, don't reveal your Ability unless you absolutely need to), you getting nightkilled is a long shot. The vote for jabber was caused by a LOT of rage about my ipod failing at posting etc. because I just lost a 25% of not getting nkd.
This does make me rethink my vote, because EM is highly likely going to be killing Celever tonight unless someone stops him or heals Celever (which is possible I guess). This means that if Celever is lynched, the lynch may have been wasted as he is could have been killed instead, although scum Celever being healed/protected by scumbuddies could be an issue. As for celever he's going to die tonigbt unless a scum player protects him from all damage he's going to die, especially after that wyvern killer hit him for 40 damage. Lastly I think celever is being a near dead ragdoll that scum is throwing to the stake. He keeps making purposfully scummy posts, he's only one or two attacks away from death and the evidence is stacked heavily against him. I say we wait until someone else looks scummy, celever is uber confo scum but is again already dead, unless someone comes forward we should ignore him right now.
