Why would he be modkilled?

Modkills are reserved for players who break the game's rules. E_m hasn't broken any rules.

And it's not like players can request players get modkilled.

Modkills aren't reserved for anything. Hosts can do it whenever they see fit. Playing against your win confition is an acceptable reason for a modkill. They just warned him to shape up. If he doesn't they will likely modkill him.

I DID screw up on the ability because reading short and important things on my ipod is not very good somehow, insert psychological thing I can't remember abilities or something that well?

Anyway I had to VOTE AFTER typing decree to lynch someone. BTW camo I think you defending me right now is a 50/50 split between you being scum and town as you're A one of the few defending me right now as you're making sense, or B you're scum defending me in the HIGHLY unlikely event that celever is scum thus reducing town numbers by 1.

Celever was never told anything directly about any abilities that may or may not exist. He did question his death at the time of the game freeze, but whether or not it was because of EM's claimed ability was never confirmed or denied by Vom or myself.

We will not be getting into EM's role any further. As far as a modkill goes, I have no grounds to bring it on anybody myself at the moment.
