Yeah I guess you're right. But I'm still hoping that one day they'll make a Pokémon that's a little more sphinxy than Shinx.

Shinx is based on a Lynx and a Sphinx, so it really should be more sphinxy, at least, that's my opinion of it.

That's just completely made up. You don't even have the evidence to support your statement. It's based on Pipefish or Snipe eels.

I saw on one link it's classified as a deep-sea rattail fish but it can be seen as an eel or a dolphin, so I'm kinda right lol.

Well it actally doesn't look like a dolphin at all. Gorebyss is a fish, it also lacks features like a blowhole, fins etc.

no its not, arcanine has the highest, non pesudo legendary stats of any pokemon, and once again fire/ice would never work. it would melt itself and be water type

Actually, I've always thought Gorebyss was based on lampreys and other such creepy fish; Gorebyss pierce their prey with their mouths, then suck out all of their bodily fluids. Afterwards, their vibrant and red... *shudders* But I'm wanting a kiwi Pokémon, that would be too cute. Oh, and though not animals, some Lovecraftian Pokémon would be great! Fhtagn!
