I haven't made it since last Spring but I was good at making Peanut Butter Chicken. Basically, you take any type of chicken meat, bread it, and slightly deep fry it. You can coat it in peanut butter sauce. I usually make the sauce by adding a bit of oil (forgot how many teaspoons haha), LOTS of peanut butter, 3 cups of water, and a cup of Thai Peanut Sauce. You mix it together until its like a syrup. Mix the chicken in with Peanut Sauce and then bake (6 pieces) for 10 minutes or so on high heat (or low heat and longer time...I forgot to write down how long I baked it for).
I also invited the Burrito-dog. You take a soft tortilla and pack in the middle a regular hot dog, cheese (depends on your preference), taco meat, beans, and any assorted vegetables. You then fry it in a pan so the cheese sticks tot he hot and the tortilla. Not exactly healthy but good nonetheless.
