Why do you people put answeres like this? If he was thinking just evolved, there would've been dozens more that he would put. No one is ever going to a group as simple as that, so why waste time guessing things like that?
 
Has an Extra Effect against EX pokemon....

Ninetales = Safeguard
Dewgong = Safeguard
Dustox = Safeguard
Raichu = The EX version Reduces damage
Machamp = The HL one Adds damage when EX Pokemon is in play.
Arbok = Dark Arbok has Exta Poison which affects Special Condition
to EX Pokemon.

All have a switching effect? Misty's dos goes into the deck, dewgong???, pidgeot from base made them go back into thier hand, squirtle has smash shell, and Misty's staru had a coin flip to see if it goes back into your deck.
