okay here is why Kadabra Can never be released,

Okay first off the main reason is because of its japanese name, Ungellar, ( i think i spelled it wrong ) which means Evil gellar is japanese, Uri gellar is a Magician from way back in the 80s who was very famous for bending spoons, ( just like kadabra )
also the Old design for the star on kadabras forhead was a 6 sided star ( I believe its 5 sided now ) but there are claims that the lawsuit also involves uri gellers claim to be jewish ( idk if this is true ) He claims kadabra is pretty much a make fun pokemon of Him, I Believe Uri geller is an idiot, if you do a little research you will see that he sues a lot...
so pretty much kadabra has been banned from being printed in the Card game, the only reason its not out of the game is because you need it to complete the pokedex,
I did some research and this is why kadabra cant be printed,
