You might have too many PMs. If you have over 200, that might be the problem.

I've been having this problem also, clearing Cookies or Deleting PM's doesn't work.

Make sure in your Options, you checkmarked the box saying "Alert me to a PM" or something like that.

Mine started yesterday. But seriously can a mod look in to this as I havent replied to some who wanted to trade cards as I wasnt aware.

It's annoying b/c I really appreciated that bar, it made it so easy to see you had new mail!
