Yea.But May has a very small chance of coming back and Dawn has a slight one.

Dawn might come back if they make a G/S/C remake and they go back to Johto so she could do Contests

When they went to Johto the first time, Misty was with Ash. If they go again, will they pick up the new girl or use Dawn? (If Johto is next in line)

She's better than May, IMO. So, I think Pokemon might keep a little bit longer
