Why are cards so cheap on ebay lol

I have found Uxie lv X going for $12 and Dialga G lv X for $15 also I have seen like gardevoir lv X $3, Im gona bid on them obviously but dont you think thats a bit cheap?
 
they set the price low but later the bid gets higher i have seen a motorcylce at 5 dollars but 2 hours later at 1000 dollars
 
I've seen Buy it now prices for Electivire Lv.X around 10$. I guess it's not that popular of a Lv.X, but I currently need it.
 
Yh I bidded on the Dialga G as everyone else is bidding on the uxies and its lv X and the dialga G lv x, I know I cant afford those now but since everyone is distracted on the big cards I will sweep for the low ones like dialga G :D
 
usually it's like 5$ until the last 5 mins. then it'll go up to like 50$. some people also just don't know the value of their cards, so they have low buy-it-now prices.
 
Yeah to them its pieces of card but to us its a gold mine lol :) 30 minutes left to get my dialga G at $2 and a weavile G
 
i think it was last year, my dad was trying to get me cards for natz. He bid 12$ on a rayquaza EX (DF) and in the last 3 mins i think, someone outbid him at 15$... then i pulled one from a pack =D
 
Wow lucky you, I traded my rayquaza ex emerald for a winged kuriboh >.<, I didnt know that exs were worth alot, cuz I kept pulling them and i mean like 2 every 5 packs so I thought they were rubbish lol, 10 minutes
 
If the seller has alot of ref with high percentage of positive, you should be safe.
 
I <3 ebay. When I needed a Claydol, I found a RH one for $6.00. When I needed a Palkia G. I found it for $2.50. The only thing I can't find is an Uxie for less than $25. :p
 
I am not telling what I bid on so not to give anything away, but some people post them for soo cheap!
 
Wasn't Uxie LA going for about $20-30 recently? I wouldn't say the prices are cheap!
