The name is pretty self-explanatory. The idea of the deck is to get Wobbuffet attacking with the aid of Bats getting damage counters on Pokemon. The Wob locks down abilities from non-psychic types, which can prevent my opponent from setting up or going on the offensive. This is my first deck that I've been using to some success but it has some problems that need working out:

Pokémon - 16
I've chosen to use 1 Miltank because a friend suggested it. It's one more basic, has a cheap energy cost for an attack that combos well with Crobat, and is good for cleaning up late game when Scoop-Ups are gone.
I play Computer Search over Scoop Up Cyclone because sometimes you need something and you just don't have it, or you have extremely low chances of drawing it. Usually for me it's an energy or a stadium.
Right now I'm playing Muscle Band over FFB because it can soak up resistances and make math a bit easier. Sometimes I wish it were FFB though, as the extra HP can really come in Handy (it's even saved some of my Zubats from getting donked).
Let me know if there are any more questions about the deck and what improvements you have.
- Mulligans are killing me. Sometimes up to 4 a game. This gives my opponent extra resources and it can be a problem when they see Golbat/Zubat.
- Going second. Right now I've just about figured out that with this deck, going first=win, going second=loss. I need help to make this deck more consistent when going second.
- I often end up drawing dead. I never seem to have what I need.
- Darkness and metal decks are no fun to play. The Pokemon that are played in them usually have resistance to psychic, which means I have to really reach of KOs when I play either of the types. Luckily Yveltal and its EX counterpart have Fighting resistance, so Darkness can be a bit easier to handle.
