I would ditch Thundurus, If you don't open the game with him for Charge he's useless otherwise. Terrakion is a no-go cause it's very hard to squeeze it in this deck and make it consistent with the energies you run. You don't run 2 Mewtwo and 2 Tornadus EX? Smeargle and Shaymin UL are musts in here as well.

Take the Prisms out, you don't want more than 14 energy in this deck. Run more Skyarrow Bridge, take out Heavy Ball and Rocky Helmet for other cards. Take Ultra Ball out for 2 PlusPower. Run 1 more of each of your Draw Supporters, max out on Dual Ball, and run just 1 of Super Rod.

You don't need Zekrom EX cause he takes up DCE's you need to attach onto Mewtwo and Raikou EX is alright to replace Zekrom EX with but I wouldn't run him honestly. Hope that helps and good luck man...

Done and done, my apologies, I got a bit protective of my deck when someone MiniMan commented on my deck asking how I took out mewtwos.

Also, with having the heavy ball in the deck, it can really only get terrakion and zekrom. I'd suggest another Ultraball instead, as you can choose anything. It helps with getting eels at the start and also getting energy in the discard.

I find Heavy Ball to be pretty redundant in this kind of deck (even with the Terrakion and Zekrom EX additions).

Another one of the Balls would be much better (Dual, Ultra, or Level). Dual Ball/Ultra Ball can grab both Pokemon as well, and will make the deck more consistent overall because you can search more than two Pokemon. Consider Level Ball to grab Tynamo/Eel as you have Dual Ball/Ultra Ball for all the other big Basics.

I also find Rocky Helmet to be pretty useless in here as well. It honestly doesn't really help in any matchups because they can just Catcher around the Pokemon it's attached to and ignore it until the damage you place doesn't matter. Consider a PlusPower to add additional damage better because you have Junk Arm to instantly use it.

Also as a sidenote, you might want to consider Fighting Energy instead of Prism as you run 2 Super Rod and it would help out a lot more to get back the Energies as well should you lose them.

I personally like Prsims better than Fighting energy because you can attach Prsims as Lightning too.

While that is true and a valid point, I think eight Lightning is a solid number for this kind of deck that has a Terrakion in it.

Keep in mind this makes you very susceptible to Lost Remover/Enhanced Hammer which you already have to contend with the DCE. Just a few points to make. Cutting one of the Super Rod do make the Prism a little more solid however.

Fighting is better than Prism because of all the Lost Remover in the format. Heavier Terrakion so in case one is prized or one gets ko'ed against Darkrai. PONT and N for consistency. 3 Catcher is standard, you'll be using more than 2. Mewtwo for countering Mewtwos and for a good attacker VS Terrakion/Groudon/Landorus. Tornadus EX as a backup attack and good V Fighting decks.
Smeargle for consistency. In the last spot, I would put a Skyarrow, but that's up to you.
 
Did you even read the other posts? I said I am not able to get any EX's or new cards. On the other side I don't like fighting over prisms and all the tournaments I play in play 0 Lost Remover/Enhanced Hammer. 1 Terrakion is just fine and running 2 catcher with Junk Arm lets me reuse them.
