I would ditch Thundurus, If you don't open the game with him for Charge he's useless otherwise. Terrakion is a no-go cause it's very hard to squeeze it in this deck and make it consistent with the energies you run. You don't run 2 Mewtwo and 2 Tornadus EX? Smeargle and Shaymin UL are musts in here as well.
Take the Prisms out, you don't want more than 14 energy in this deck. Run more Skyarrow Bridge, take out Heavy Ball and Rocky Helmet for other cards. Take Ultra Ball out for 2 PlusPower. Run 1 more of each of your Draw Supporters, max out on Dual Ball, and run just 1 of Super Rod.
You don't need Zekrom EX cause he takes up DCE's you need to attach onto Mewtwo and Raikou EX is alright to replace Zekrom EX with but I wouldn't run him honestly. Hope that helps and good luck man...
