Masterge77, I like Glaceon to some extent. She is my favorite of the Eeveelutions. This was just a personal character design test, as it's taken me a couple of years to make a Glaceon character whose appearance I'm satisfied with.

You don't need Regirock, Regice, and Registeel to get Regigigas--those were triggers specific to the Ruby/Sspphire/Emerald versions. Regigigas could just as easily be hanging out somewhere and caught like most other Legendary Pokémon, like Mewtwo or (original) Kyurem.

By the way, are some people also putting in the price of hotel rooms and whatnot if they go to a tournament that's particularly far away? That's the main deterrent for me: I'm not going to pay $80+ to play the card game with a bunch of people for one more day. (And, of course, getting up at 3 AM...

Well, you'd see its butt if it's flying away from you. If you're trying to capture it, that's the natural thing something would do.

Every time I look at a set, I look to see which cards Tomokazu Komiya has done. It's only Drilbur in this set, isn't it? I've also never heard of Megumi Mizutani before. Is she a new illustrator? I like how she drew N remarkably on-model, but you can still tell it's not Sugimori's work...
