In the last US cities, in Standard Toad wasn't in any of the top 11 decks. In Expanded Toad variants were 3rd and 4th most succesful decks in the top 10. A lot better, but hardly dominating. It's not BCR-Roaring Skies- I really don't think it needs nerfing.

The thing is, Wobbafet just stops Ariados while you are setting up. And it is not doing any damage in that time. Once you are set up, you have to send Groudon up and so Wobbafet's ability becomes inactive. Then your Groudon is going to get 1HKOd every turn.
