While Steelix' Ability is very interesting, it's lacking some details. When do those Energies stop counting as 2 [M]? How many times can you use the Ability? Do you put the 2 damage counters in between turns, for each turn they count double, or...? Just needs some clarifying.

Good job for the rest, though! I'll definitely keep an eye on this. (Literally :V)
