  • DNA, I guess you don't have Cadbury's chocolate over there, do you? It is the signature chocolate of the UK, and are making new chocolate bars containing fruit gums and biscuit crumbs.
DNA, great! I went to see Star Trek:Into Darkness at the IMAX which was EPIC, then I had sushi and a Cadbury's Marvellous Creations chocolate bar.
DNA, Awww yeeaahh. The reign of that disgusting face is over. This will at least be the placeholder until I find something new.
DNA, I'm sorry but if you think All and Share are the same name...you have some serious problems.
DNA, Still shouldn't matter with the current rules they have. Exceptions like that shouldn't be made if Super Energy Retreival and Computer Search can't be played.
    "I"
    (Summons Mana Shield)
"Would like to see you try"

And that's what I meant, I guess I didn't portray that very clearly though :p
DNA, do they even make rulebooks anymore? I saw a kid at my PR get a theme deck (Plasma Storm) and all the rules were all printed on the back of the mat :(
Oh, I have been great! I usually get dreams that I and my twin are learning about Pokemon in class. Actually, my twin and I are the biggest Pokemon fans in the entire UNIVERSE!
asdf did some poking around and dmaster is right. When retreating, you discard energies, one at a time (of your choosing), until the retreat cost is satisfied. So you can discard the 2 basic energies, and THEN the DCE, and it'd work. But if you discard the DCE first, you just discard 1 basic energy card and you're done.

curse you official rulebook *shakes fist*

So I saw this and I remembered that there was that scenario in a rule book. The rule book (a HS one, so it might be wrong) said that you cannot discard all 3 cards.
    Which answer is correct?

EDIT: It also says that you discard the Energy one-by-one.
Okay, this is how the Christening went:
    Morning prayer
    Sing a few hymns
We turned to the bak to face the umm... The thing with the water in (what do you call it?)
    The priest blessed the water
The aby which was being baptised was held by the priest
The priest drew a cross in water on the baby's forehead and said a prayer
We then faced the front to sing more hymns
We then went to a pub and had some food and drinks.
    DNA, Thanks :D
And my packs were really great as well. From the five packs I got from winning, I pulled a normal deoxys EX and a full-art heatran EX. I still haven't got any ghetsis though, which I need to complete my deck (I had to use cheren at BRs instead). It was my first time that I won a BRs too. (Sorry if I seem like I'm bragging, I'm just super excited)

And it's strange, I agree. In Australia we have this "tradition", I suppose you'd call it, where a first year master wins Nationals (It's happened for the past three years). Apparently it's my turn, but I doubt I'll be able to win.

But yeah, no idea why. For me it's probably that masters is so different to seniors in that you don't play the same four or five people every tournament! There's more variety. A majority of the time I lose to people who I used to lose to in seniors anyway.
