Doesn't matter, it can negate basically anything (as far as I know of). It's a quick effect, so it can be chained to anything except a Counter Trap and cards that can't be negated. Yes, it has 1000 DEF, so it's quite vulnerable after you use its effect, but it has /4500/ ATK and can easily be gotten out in Dark Worlds.
