    Luckygirl0616, stressing out over the Grinder, huh...That's quite a thing to worry over. Try to keep calm, if you can.

    I found out that I'm amazing at giving speeches now, allegedly.
    classmate: "Everyone has awkward pauses. Except [my name]. He's a pro for some reason."
    me: "...don't look at me!"

    Indeed it is, but he's been a faithful league-goer ever since then. His older brother ground into Worlds in the Junior division, though he lost right away. But at least he got the Beach out of it!

    So, with that said, how are you?

    Eeeeeeeeyup. One boy at my league has actually learned math pretty well because of Pokemon - he's 6 now, but he started playing when he was 4. Though I wouldn't exactly call him a good player, he has picked up the game pretty quick.

    I guess so, yeah. It kinda sucks, since he was so fired up about it, and he got 3rd in Regionals back in January as well. But lately he's been slipping up - he's been making a lot of math mistakes (usually it has to do with forgetting a Laser).

    I have a feeling that may have been what did him in.

    Someone I know got 1st in Masters in TCG, and another of my friends got Top 8 in VGC in Seniors. (He said he could have gone further, but he messed up.)
    Another of my friends was in TCG Seniors, but didn't do very well (4-5). Ah well...

    3 hours sleep and relentless window-shopping? Seems legit!

    I spent my weekend playing Mario Party DS with friends of mine. Download Play is the best.

    Luckygirl0616, it's definitely hot during the summer, though in autumn and winter it's a lot more manageable. Spring is a bit iffy...but then again, we have heat waves in February. It's unpredictable, but predictably unpredictable.

    Luckygirl0616, I live in California, so we're no strangers to high temperatures, but when 90 hits then it just gets annoying. I've been sweating almost all day because of it. It was really cool this weekend and I was relishing it.

    Luckygirl0616, it's fun, but it's such a bad idea! One of my friends is a horrible procrastinator and I don't think she's completely broken the habit yet - she'll do things the night before they're due. Not good.

    And at least you said happy birthday to him at the earliest possible moment. Way to start the day off!

    I myself am the same as I was yesterday, except I was procrastinating all day watching funny videos and talking to friends, even though I have stuff to do today :p
