Peachy, Donphan is usually a more reliable option. It has priority, SR, Rapid Spin, Stab EQ, and access to Sturdy. I'd go with him.

Basically anything is allowed so long as it doesn't contain explicitly adult content, too much violence, language, gore, etc. I tried to cover that much with the previous revisions I made to the rules, but if it's that overwhelming, I can do another rewrite to skim things down.
