    It's been confirmed that you can send pokemon from Gen. 4 games to Black and White but you can't send any pokemon back to Gen. 4

    I can support the speculation that Isshu is based off of New York from the link that howelllawson posted but I can also support the speculation that Isshu could be based off of Shanghai because of the shape of the area. Also Isshu looks similar to both New York and Shanghai.

    RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread If you were to catch Togepi in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum you would have to send it over to Black or White. It's easier to just catch it in Black or White.

    wow. on topic to the mighty yong then back on topic. anyway I think a balance pokemon would be a good idea but two different pokemon fusing together to make another pokemon sounds a bit strange for pokemon like they are copying yugioh.
