In attack texts that deal damage say... 10+ for each energy you have in play (Lanturn Prime's Powerful Spark), how is Double Colourless Energy counted? I've had this question come up at my League before, and I'm positive that DCE counts as 2 energy as that's what it provides.

I play 4-3-4, 2 LA, 2 Prime. I'm currently playing 8 Energy and I'm finding that it works really well. I find that Poké Drawer+ is a 'Play 4 or don't play it' kind of card. I currently play it as it combos well with Junk Arm.
