First of all, Silent Lab wont work with Shaymin, as no basics have abilities. Remove them for scorched Earth. Also take out AZ for blacksmith. Take out 1 level ball and sacred ash for 1 Energy Retrieval and 1 Superior Energy Retrieval.

Cool! My city championship is soon, I am using a plasma. As for the deck, I only reccomend one trainers mail. I find that it is an ok card, but you don't need 3-4. 1 is fine.
