You can't print holo cards. Ink ain't glittery. So they put a holo piece of plastic under the card and print the card itself onto a piece of see-through plastic. The holo will shine through it thus making the cards holo.

They just do that to fill the set to a nice number of 100 cards. Remember MD is more or less a filler set. But it's still better than GE if you ask me.

If you've bought an original pack, it's normal. Pokemon has been doing this since base set. It makes cards holo by adding an extra layer of glittery stuff.

Well whatever the subforums are in, the deck garage is always busy and many people there don't have an idea where to place their decks. The will always place them at the tournaments section because they have no idea that their deck is rogue or whatever they make.

^Yeah, the MD one does more damage till you run into a dusknoir, there goes your bench. I would rather use the DP one if I'm attacking but MD is far better at sniping. It really is up to your metagame and deck strategy.

Not to people with a limited budget. I expect the cards to be 2X cheaper than mars and POV so there will at least be somebody who will be using it. Though getting the card in a booster is just bad.
