I have all the cards to play SP. Luxray GL Lv. X all of that but I choose not to play it for the opposite reason that you choose to play it for. It is certainly not fun to play... I like decks where it is different every time you play it...

How do you know it's not in the set? It could still be a secret rare... And LuxChomp/DialgaChomp still being around is certainly not a good thing. SP annoys me...

I would use Looker's instead of Judge. That's probably just me, but with Judge you run the risk of getting nothing from the draws and with Looker's you can see what they have in their hand and decide if you want to shuffle it in.
