For ACE SPEC cards, imo, it's either this or Gold Potion. I would use one of those in almost every deck. CSearch is, has been, and will always be good. Will definitely see play in Darkrai and Eels, and maybe some other decks. 9/10

Neo Super Rod is legal because it is also considered an Item. The CSearch issue lies within the fact that since Items and Ace- Spec Items are different, you would need a reference to use the old CSearch, which is pointless because it's an Ace-Spec; you can only have 1.

If you're going to playtest online, use PlayTCG so you and your opponent have a complete cardpool. Another advantage to using PlayTCG is that if you pair yourself against a random opponent, they most likely won't be playing a bad deck; 9 times out of 10, they are playtesting too.

Terrakion-EX has a three retreat cost, so it would do 140 damage.

You only really need 1 Bellossom, so you should be fine there.

Personally, I like Terrakion-EX in a Vileplume deck. It can hit 2 for 50 early to do damage to Darkrais and Eels, and can attach basic energies as a form of energy acceleration. Bellossom would also be great in this deck, as it stomps on Terrakion(-EX), Keldeo-EX, and Blastoise for 1 Grass Energy.

With Aspertia City Gym, only Colorless Pokemon get 20 more health. For a different stadium, I would consider Pokemon Center. 1 or 2 Keldeo-EX would also help to get active Blastoise out and as a late game sweeper.

The difference between Rare Candy and Pokemon Catcher is that (besides the DEX print) there has been one print of Catcher. People could've just used old Rare Candy.

I've done bad against Empoleon with Stunfisk or Terrakion. Switch, Giratina, and Shaymin haven't helped.

I opened a Tepig tin that had 1 HGSS, 1 Arceus, and 1 Rising Rivals. I kinda regret it since none of the sets are legal, but the only cards I wanted would've been basic energies from HGSS.

Darkrai/Hydreigon took 2nd and 4th in Masters in Eureka, MO. 1st was Terrakion/Mewtwo and 3rd was Darkrai/Mewtwo/Terrakion. Most of St. Louis is still eels, though.

Hey guys, what's your favorite card of all time? Of all the cards that exist, I'd have to say my favorite is Broken Time-Space from Platinum, mainly because it's incredibly useful in Unlimited, and Machamp/Claydol was my favorite deck to piss people off with at league.

The reason I disagree is because, while you should know what's prized, you don't know where it is in your prizes. If you need something off your prizes, you're guessing for it unless you have your prizes face up.

RE: Ask a simple Play! Pokemon question here! Do you get paid for judging a tournament (in this case, a Battle Road)? I've heard that it's not mandatory, and that if you do, it's usually in packs.

You can't play a Stadium if the same one is in play already.
