If you've played TES before Skyrim (or even Oblivion) you'd know this is sort of like a running gag/trend for Bethesda and the series. All the TES games are buggy (whether it's small glitches or big game breaking bugs) because they are massive.
Very true words. Games like the Elder Scrolls have too many moving parts to always have them work entirely seamlessly.

It will be 2014-2015 before we see anything about the next TES. Hopefully it happens in Valenwood or Hammerfell. I'd say if they were to really surprise us they would put it in Black Marsh or High Rock.
