On top of all that I'd go as far to say that Twins with Electrode is a great combo. If you run 2-3 Electrode you are guaranteed to be down prizes if you get a quick setup. Twins can help grab a key card or two that you might need such as Catcher. Granted it can be dead draw mid to late game but...

Honestly I'd just pull Tyrogue in general, the meta has really bulked up on what basics are being played. If you want to run a baby play Cleffa. Kingdra takes a hit with the solid amount of Lightning in the format so I'm not really sure how good of a play it is anymore.

I didn't say you can't use him I just explained why in my opinion he's a bad play. The timing needed for Regigas to be effective is very crucial.

80 isn't that much for starters, next it places counters so it's only 40 not 80 as weakness/resistance/etc doesn't apply to counter placing. Lostgar was meant to throw things into the lost zone so that you could play lost world for the win. Decks don't run or hold enough pokemon in their hands...

I don't agree with that at all. Decks that run off the idea of manipulating your hand or decking you out are out there, a single card didn't ruin the game at all.

By running rescue you probably can drop or at the very least cut your Revive count giving you more room for something else.

At the same time there are decks in the format that don't require playing cards at a specific time. Just because a select few decks require timing doesn't make a card broken.

Just saw you have grass energy and may I ask why? Prism does the job better, grass only covers Jumpluffs attacks while Prism covers everything.

I don't like regigigas to be honest. While he is good for a sweeper he also requires having damage on him which puts you in danger of a 2 prize KO against you. I'd rather keep kyurem to be honest. Stable damage, same hp, has the ability of lost remover in its first attack and only requires one...

You can't freely retreat them though and with low energy/high retreat costs it's pretty hard to pull off whatever counters you need to while maintaining stability on your field.

You can't recover every time it's not a given. Sure it might help but the player who is leading probably shouldn't need too much more to setup.
