Concern with the Direction of the Game Thus Far (Again...)

The only point that you've made as to why the format is bad is that the cards are getting too good. You couldn't be more wrong here. Any deck from the previous format could've won worlds easily. The cards are most definitely getting worse. That is also an invalid reason because, for the third...

Top 4 Decks to Test Against to Prepare for BRs

Catcher will make donphan a lot more popular, and that kills zekrom.

IMO, in no order Mewbox Reshiphlosion Magnezone/Yanmega Stage 1s

    Typhlosion or Emboar for Reshiram?

Typhlosion is overall the better deck, but for worlds, Emboar was the better option only because it had a good matchup against Typhlosion.

Concern with the Direction of the Game Thus Far (Again...)

You can't discredit google's deck. You also can't say that the last format had more rogues than this one, because nats and worlds last year had 0 rogues that did well, while worlds this year had a rogue. No one expected the finals in worlds to be those two decks. And please STOP saying that the...

Concern with the Direction of the Game Thus Far (Again...)

People, stop complaining that cards were/are "too good." Everyone plays with the same cards. SP's were not impossible to beat/bad for the game at all. The only format where a deck was truly too good was the plox format, but once again, everyone could play plox. You forgot dialgachomp in the...

Concern with the Direction of the Game Thus Far (Again...)

You can play the same cards as everyone else, no one has an advantage in that way. If the game doesn't take skill anymore, then why are the same people doing well in tournaments every year? The "SP" format was NOT bad at all. Everyone refused to get creative and they either played...

The Japanese also play with smaller decks and different time/prize rules. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Concern with the Direction of the Game Thus Far (Again...)

I'm sorry, but rare candy is not even CLOSE to being as effective. For one, you can't use it turn one. More importantly, you have to have the basic in play for a turn. The rare candy rule is one of the main things that makes Vileplume not as affective. Just imagine what the game would be like if...

Afraid of Beartic? No worries, mate.

I've tested plently of games with/against it, and it has not had success. It doesn't really have a good matchup against anything besides straight donphan.

Afraid of Beartic? No worries, mate.

MegaZone can play a lot of trainers because it doesn't play Vileplume, Magnezone gives MegaZone draw which BearPlume doesn't have, and Yanmega does 70 for 0 while Beartic does 50 for 3. Huge difference.

Afraid of Beartic? No worries, mate.

Why is everyone forgetting that fact that you take two prizes when you knock out a mewtwo? Magnezone one shots it easily, and mewtwo should have a hard time returning the KO. If you are so worried about mewtwo, then play a 2-2 RDL. It takes 3 prizes when it hits a mewtwo, so you just need to use...

    2011 World Championship T16 Decks

He basically wins if he gets out those two stage 2s, because he just uses whatever is best to tank with, and makes it impossible for the other player to take prizes.

DOX's PreWorlds Article Extravaganza: Article Five - ZPSY

Lanturn takes 3 energy, donphan takes 1. Reshiram has energy acceleration, lanturn does not. If lanturn was good, more people would be playing it.

Is the United States going to Default on it's own Debt?

The word worst cannot be used in a fact. That is called an opinion, and just because it is yours, it is NOT fact. If something/someone doesn't support your views that you can't even support, it doesn't mean that it is a terrible thing that is automatically wrong. You were NOT stating a fact, you...

Not every deck plays collector, let alone four.

Will the New Format Revolve Around Pokémon Catcher?

Keep in mind that DP-on also had the threat of vilegar, while trainer lock with catcher will not be easy to get at all. It was easy to play around warp point by just having something else to bring up, but you have to limit what you put out the entire game with catcher, which is rather difficult.

Will the New Format Revolve Around Pokémon Catcher?

Zyflair, Warp point is not even comparable to catcher. You don't get to choose what your opponent brings up with warp point. With that logic, you could say that pokemon circulator is completely broken. And btw, that last statement implied that I just started playing. Read my sig.
