Cofagrigus deserves to be holo. Point blank. Victini and the cutesy legendaries tend to get far too much attention. I've always resented the fact that such tiny, cute (and half the time, merely variations of Pikachu) animals are amongst the most powerful and popular creatures in the game.

Baby Pokemon make no sense to me. For example, they don't really count in the evolutionary chains. Raichu, Wigglytuff etc. aren't stage 2 Pokemon, yet they technically are the third form of their line. A Pikachu is just a Pikachu, and gets no "evolves from Pichu" mentions. What if it had scales and was fluffy? You know, like Falcor from The Never Ending Story. I'm not really "for" a dragon-looking Eevee. Somehow a horned, winged, forked tail Eevee just doesn't appeal to me.

I think the dragon-type should be somewhat of a Pegasus/fox. Wings similar looking to the ones on Dragonair's head, and a cloud for it's collar ruff going up its back and creating a tail. I think it should be a shade of pink. Very cute and almost My Little Pony-esque, but still quite powerful...

Anatomically speaking, there's just no way a living organism could retain the traits that make Pokemon look like Pokemon. Most of what makes them what they are, are the anime depictions of them. Realistically, everything from eye form to body shape would be altered in a real-life setting...
