I'd enter except I think that some more original artwork like drawings or digi paintings are more suited towards this sort of competition. But if someone who does that stuff would maybe collab I would enter :3 Best of both worlds?

Hey I'm no Competitive Battling Expert but if Raikou is as frail as you claim, would a Life Orb be a better option? To deal out loads of damage fast because if he's going to go down so easily he may as well leave a big dent in the opponent's pokemon?
