I would personally run something else (another strat, like using mewtwo ex or running a flareon/leafeon line) with the Weavile. Right now you have a high odds opening with Eggs which is not good, so maybe less Eggs? Additionally, I would take out the Great Balls out for 2 more N (so you have 4 N's)

The general consensus is that Eels and Klang will comeback. These decks will probably fade when we get some superior X&Y cards because its BW onward (the equivalent of Magic the Gathering's Modern Format). I'm sure Eels due to popularity will be stay in for awhile until it gets a hard counter.

I have extensively tested Plasma Decks, hell, its my main deck. I highly suggest you switch to 3 Colress and 3 N. N is very useful early and if you are down late game. 3 Colress is plenty. I've had the 4 Colress & 2 N, but I have greater success with the 3-3 instead.

Thats your opinion, I would suggest this deck and I would suggest Plasma Weavile deck as well (since the strats are very similar), building really any other can be expensive for new players and the strats for Flareon & Leafeon and Weavile deck is to discard cards into the pile.

I really think this is an interesting deck that no one really sees coming. You'll have a decent matchup against Blastoise and Darkrai decks for sure. Running into a Virzion EX + Genesect EX deck however will be quite difficult. Let me know how this deck does & which cities you play this deck in
