having a flawless deck and not knowing how to use it isnt luck, its skill. Luck does play a bit in TCG. You can be dealt absolute terrible hands or having key cards prized preventing wins. Building a flawless deck requires you to eliminate chance as much as possible and focus on skill & consistency.
